A password you use only here
Choose a unique password of at least 10 characters. Change it from Account → Security. Never share your password, recovery credentials or wallet private keys in a support message.
Manage your sessions
Account → Security lets you sign out other browser sessions. Sign out on shared devices when you finish, and check your transaction history if you notice unfamiliar activity.
Check before sending
Copy the wallet address from the current deposit window and confirm both asset and network. Do not use an address from an unsolicited message. Contact support if payment details seem unexpected.
Report a concern
Open Support from your account and describe the issue. Include the relevant transaction or bet reference, but no passwords or private keys.
