Register with accurate details, confirm that you are at least 18, and keep your password private. Access may be restricted when an account is under review or suspended. Use the service only where you are eligible.
Selections and accepted bets
Adding a selection to a betslip does not place a bet. Check the event, market, odds and stake before submitting. A bet is accepted only when confirmation is returned and it appears in My bets. If odds have changed or funds are insufficient, the request can be rejected.
Settlement and records
Accepted bets remain Open until settled. A winning return is based on the recorded stake and accepted odds; a lost bet has no return, and a void bet refunds the stake. Review the status and transaction history for the recorded outcome. Contact support with the bet reference if you dispute a result.
Payments and promotions
Deposits and withdrawals follow the review process described on the Payments page. Promo codes are subject to their configured eligibility, expiry, usage limits and qualifying deposit conditions. Claiming a code is not an immediate credit.
Currency and displayed information
The wallet is held in EUR. USD amounts are converted reference equivalents and can change with the rate. The underlying balance does not change when you switch the display preference. Event schedules and scores can be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
Questions and disputes
Contact support with the relevant record reference and describe the issue. Retain your payment receipts and review any response in your account. Operator-specific licensing, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution information must be supplied by the operator for the service you use.
